郭振游教授開發設計的以生命影响生命 门徒训练课程第三课  灵修:
一個正常的基督徒生活不單是吃普通的食物，也需要吃屬靈的食物，我們的靈才會長大。所謂屬靈的食物就是聖經。讀經是非常必要的，爲什麽要每天靈修呢？靈修就是每天读神的话后，跟神禱告。靈修是讓我們每天有力量。除此之外，靈修還有很重要的意義，就是幫助我們每天長大。雖然我們基督徒接受神了，但是我們仍會有很多壞習慣或行為。我們必須靠神和藉著靈修，使我們變得越來越好，心志越來越更新，來改變這些壞習慣或行為。我們很多的生活行爲會受到我們的下意識的影響，是不容易改變的，所以我們需要禱告求神幫助，需要每天讀聖經求神幫助我們。聖經這裏說的“脫去舊人，換上新人”是很有幫助的一句提醒。 很多時候我們會發現，越不對的事，卻發覺沒有力量不去做。當我們每一天靈修的時候，我們心意更新會變化，多從神的角度去看事情，慢慢你發覺到老習慣就一個個排除掉，讓新的東西進來，這就是脫去舊人，穿上新人，心意更新而變化，我們就會越來越像耶穌。

怎麽靈修呢？最好每天可以選一段時間，十幾分鐘或三十分鐘，跟神親近。我喜歡是早上。因為早上剛起來，腦袋裏面是空空的，清醒的，那時享受神的話語是最好的。聖經教導我們把初熟的果子獻给神，我就把一天最好的時間獻给神。靈修開始的時候，可以花一兩分鐘唱一首簡單的詩歌來預備心親近神；然後以渴慕的心求聖靈藉著經文對你說話。可以選聖經中的一本書，每天一小段，或者一章，但不宜太長。靈修的重點不在於詳細地研讀查考經文。研經重要，但不等於靈修，研經可另找時開。靈修的時候，不是去考問一段經文的整體意思，而是透過這段經文中某句話跟神有個人情感的溝通。那句話默想完後，可以寫在日記本裏面，寫下感想，然後做個禱告，求神幫助我，應用這句話在我身上。那天可以將那句話背下來，常常思想那句話對我的意思，有空就以那句話跟神交談。



读经进度是每天两章旧约，一章新约。选一两句经文和赞美诗灵修。
