凯尔特音乐介绍：

 

提起“凯尔特”（Celtic，也有人译作“克尔特”、“居尔特”或“塞尔特”）音乐，很多人都直觉的把它与爱尔兰划上等号，事实上，它并不是爱尔兰人的专利，只不过因为这个领域最成功的许多艺人或团体都往往来自爱尔兰。其实，爱尔兰只是凯尔特民族活跃的地方之一。

想要认识这种音乐，我们必须对“凯尔特”这个名词先有所认识。凯尔特人，是欧洲最古老的民族之一，大约在五千年前兴起了，最早主要生活在阿尔卑斯山以北，后来分布范围日益扩大，从不列颠群岛到巴尔乾半岛都有，而且往往居于统治者的地位，希腊人所说的“克尔图人”和罗马人据说的“高卢人”，事实上就是凯尔特人。由于在文化上相当的强势，欧洲各国都深受他们的影响，可惜由于人口过剩、社会关系紧张、以及扩展版图太过激进，从西元前二世纪开始，逐渐由盛转衰，受到罗马帝国与日耳曼部落等的夹击之后，失去了统治者的优势，连他们的文化也受到罗马帝国的同化，只有在爱尔兰和不列颠还保存得比较完整。

凯尔特人体格高大、肤色白晰、强壮、尚武、爱好冒险，同时相当迷信，有着许多充满幻想的古老传奇，因此从昔日的“亚瑟王与圆桌开武士”，到近年来远近驰名的“哈利波特”与“魔戒”，都充满着非常“凯尔特”的神秘传奇色彩。另外，由于在爱尔兰与苏格兰等这些他们目前主要的生活空间，经济资源比较匮乏，加上在政治方面受到了不少打压，所以我们又可以发觉，在浪漫与豪放的同时，他们的文化，特别是在音乐方面，也往往呈现着伤感的悲情色彩。而为了追求生存的机会，他们大量往“海外”移民，于是从美国、加拿大、到澳洲，凯尔特文化也随着那些移民的脚步，逐渐的流传开来。简单的了解他们的历史背景之后，我们也就不难理解凯尔特音乐里面各种特殊的情感因素了。

在很多人心目中，凯尔特人即为爱尔兰民族，这也许是1922年爱尔兰共和国独立给公众造成的印象。事实上，凯尔特人原为公元前一千年左右居住在中欧、西欧的一些部落集团，经过漫长迁徙来到英伦，其后代今散落于爱尔兰、威尔士、苏格兰北部与西部山地各处。凯尔特人包括爱尔兰人、苏格兰高地人、威尔士人及康尼士人，他们大多操双语——英语和本族语（盖尔语或凯尔特语），但往往不同地区的同族后辈，语言上会有较显著的差异。除了文字或文物研究可以证明他们之间的族源关系，最直接的方式是倾听他们用小竖琴和风笛奏出的音乐，那种古老的、源远流长的音乐，已成为连接不同地域凯尔特民族的文化纽带。
