中的"excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise",其中能和Israel同时受到神的恩惠的foreigners（外国人）指的是谁．所以中文翻译根本就是一个不完全的翻译．可我们许多人确把中文译本当成我们读圣经的标准了．

remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world.
可以分开说：
you were separate from Christ,
you were excluded from citizenship in Israel
and you were foreigners to the covenants of the promise,
你们与基督无关，
在以色列国民以外，
在所应许的诸约上是局外人。


这样翻译是没有错误的。

不应当看作“citizenship in Israel and Foreigners". Foreigners 是相对圣约应许的人来说的，意即我们本来不是诸约所应许的人。

圣经原稿无误，因为神无误。翻译过程中有可能错误，但我们相信造成的影响是最少的，因为翻译过程中必有圣灵的保守。

天上人间没有赐下别的名我们可以靠着得救。只有耶稣是救主。那真信神的，是必然接受耶稣的，因为耶和华神从旧约时就一直在为耶稣作见证。你们能说不信耶稣的人是信耶和华吗？亚伯拉罕得救也是因为信耶稣，经上记着--主说：“你们的祖宗亚伯拉罕欢欢喜喜仰望我的日子。”可见亚伯拉罕是信耶和华神的，正因为他信神所以他就欢欢喜喜的接受耶稣做他的救主。犹太人如果不接受神给他们的救主，只能说他们知道耶和华神是真神，但不能说他们信神，因为信神不是指知道，而是信而顺服，信而依靠，信而接受神的救赎。信心是有信心的举动的，没有举动的信心是死的，是知识而已。一块肉光知道它好吃不去吃就没有用，吃了才有用。就是这个道理。

可是这些神学信条离那些文化不高的兄弟姐妹又有些远了
我知道有个老太太，没文化，这些东西都弄不明白
但是却教堂祷告是绝对不误的
人特特别善良，
这样的人也不至于不得救吧
