The lazy

[B]Woodrow Kroll:[/B] Do you know anybody who is—well, let me just say it—lazy? I'm thinking of laziness that leads to a step backwards not forwards. Somebody like Jed. What do you do if somebody you know is like that? Well, you need to show them the folly of their way. There's a verse in Proverbs about that: "The slothful (or lazy) man says, 'There is a lion in the way; a lion in the streets.'" You see, the slothful person knows there's danger but is too lazy to do anything about it. He halfheartedly shouts a warning only to have the lion grab him by the throat. As a friend, you must show him how foolish it is not to get up and do something about the danger of laziness. The best way I know to do that is to guide him to God's Word. That's the only way he'll truly be changed.
