God had acted in response to urgent prayer

I received an email today. It's a very encouraging story.

A missionary doctor in Papua New Guinea was followed into the jungle by someone who wanted to steal whatever medicine and money he might have. The person saw him apparently alone, but as he got closer he was shocked to see 26 strong men facing him and protecting the missionary. The man fled. The missionary later heard what had happened, and when he shared his experience in a church meeting on his return to the USA a person listening to him asked him when this event occurred. When the missionary gave the date and time. the listener realised that this related to the time when he had a strong urge to pray for someone in danger. The urge was so great that he had phoned 25 prayer partners to join him in prayer.

The listener then invited his prayer warriors to stand up with him -26 in all. The missionary doctor was amazed as he remembered that he had been protected at the same time in Papua New Guinea by 26 strong men (or maybe angels!).

God had acted in response to urgent prayer.

May we be encouraged to pray, not only on our own but also with other like-minded intercessors as we are prompted by the Holy Spirit

Yes,yes! God is true and real. God always answer urgent prayers, as I have heard more stories of them. And I know God always forgive me when I turn to Him and repent. Oh, praise our Lord!
