因为我所作的，我自己不明白。我所愿意的，我并不作。我所恨恶的，我倒去作。

感谢神，靠着我们的主耶稣基督就能脱离了这样看来，我以内心顺服神的律。我肉体却顺服罪的律了。
Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God's law, but in the sinful nature a slave to the law of sin.

   其实也有自控很好的时候，就是做的事情都是认为有意义的，因为目前暂时休闲在家，当做完房间的打扫后，安静得读圣经、祷告，做一些应该做的事情。一天下来自己感觉非常充实。
  但大部分的日子里，虽然也会读经和祷告，但是仍会去想一些不该想的，会为一些事情烦恼。为亲人暂时的艰难处境担忧；会受外面的物质的诱惑，留意时装；会在意自己的体型，并为之烦恼；会上网看一些无聊的八卦新闻；经常一天在无聊的事情中荒废。
  而这些别人是不知道的，会觉得我是一个很不错的人。虽是人之常情，可也会为这些事情觉得恶心，我追求的纯净始终会有污垢。是的，一定是我与主的交通不够，灵性的长进太慢，从进入教会到现在已经5年了，可还是没有受洗。多么希望自己是虔诚的，圣洁的。不过感谢主，在人前我是宽容的、善解人意的、善良的，但是安静的在主面前可以看清自己的很多缺点，所有隐藏的黑暗心理都可以被我挖掘出来，并为此求得上帝的原谅。
   但一次次的犯错......
