Jottings

May 3rd, 2003

Someone sighs into my dream, I become cautious in words and deeds.

He gives me a permanent job to toil, but sometimes I want to put up the shutters.

I accept the rising of the sun and the setting of the dusk;

As I bid farewell to the rosy rays of light, a day has gone.

I rack my brain, wondering how to live on; and again, he sighs into my dream.----My familiar, my love!

He sighs, tears in his eyes;

He stretches out his right arm, and I try my best to reach.

He's helping me to carve my way to the eternal life.----

Till now I'm bathed in the warmth of sunshine, and I feel overjoyed.

Suddenly he disappears from my dream, but into my depth of heart.

Even "the moon never beams,

the stars never rise",

I could still feel the bright eyes.

This piece of writing was written by me about 3 years ago. I was a college student then.
