我以前是个很爱喝酒的人，渴慕主的道的这段时期，我向主说，我要胜过酒。 喝酒后的我会很兴奋，会口若悬河滔滔不绝的说话，说骄傲、虚妄的话，我知道这是主不喜悦的。 进行了一段时间，碰到过些试探，但我可以胜过了。 可是这个星期，先是我的大学同学请我吃饭，同时要我做电灯泡，不想让他和她失望，我去了，然后喝了葡萄酒... 再有是昨天我的一个五年未见的大学同窗从远方来到我这里，然后，我又喝了... 但可笑的是，我喝酒的时候和他讲，这是我最后一次和他喝酒，以后他如果还来的话，我不能陪他喝酒了，我告诉他我信神... 主啊，我在酒方面不能克制自己，得罪了你，求主赦免我的罪。

没错。但是这个“度”很难控制的，尤其是有人不停地劝你的时候，有了第一杯就有第二杯......醉了方休。所以我在外面吃饭时，干脆不喝酒。在家里有庆祝活动时也只是喝一听啤酒。 不过愿意认罪，主一定会原谅你。求主原谅你的同时，也求主帮助你吧。也求主帮助我们能战胜困难。
