A famous golf winner, Arnold Palmer, gets frustrated at times while playing in the tournament. He tells how he learned to deal with this while still in secondary school:
“My parents were watching me compete in a junior final. Frustrated at missing a short putt, I threw my putter over the gallery and some small trees. Later, my elation at winning vanished when was greeted with stony silence in the family car.
‘If you ever throw a club again,’ said my father, ‘you’ll never play in another golf tournament.’ I had violated one of his cardinal rules about life and golf—that learning to be a gracious loser is as important as being a gracious winner.
I was incapable of hiding my emotions. But thanks to Dad, I learned the value of never displaying my frustration. I never threw a club in anger again—at least not when my father was around.”
Thank you for your encouragement! I don't write any of these stories, I searched from internet and found out some good staff (at least I think it is good) and put them here. I know that few brothers or sisters can read in English, but if you can read them you can really got some inspiration.
