有时候网络堵塞，你刷新几次看看，一般都可以解决问题。

可能你没有安装媒体播放器，你到http://www.jonahome.com/files/rjxz.htm下载两个播放器“Windows Media Player 7.1”和“Realplayer 8.0”安装上，一般都能解决问题的。
